UV printing

UV wall printing, cured instantly on site

UV printing uses ultraviolet light to cure ink the moment it touches the surface. wallPrint brings that technology to your walls with robotic vertical printers that print large-format graphics on site.

How UV wall printing works

Instead of heat, high-intensity UV LED lights follow the print head and cure the ink instantly. The ink can't spread or soak in, so colors stay sharp and the finish is durable from the first minute.

There are no transfer papers or adhesive films, and the ink goes only where the image is. At SeaWorld's Orca Stadium, about one gallon of ink covered more than 4,000 square feet.

Benefits

  • Instant curing, no drying time
  • Vibrant color, including on dark walls (we print white ink too)
  • Scuff and damage resistant
  • Easy to clean with everyday cleaners
  • No adhesive films or transfer papers

Questions, answered

Can you print in occupied buildings?

Yes. We cordon off the work area while printing, and because the ink cures instantly, the space is usable as soon as we finish.

What resolution do you print?

300 to 1,200 dpi, in CMYK plus white.

How much does it cost?

Every installation is unique, so we quote each job individually based on size, surface and artwork. Logo walls start with wallPrint Express at $1,200 for up to 30 sq ft.

Do you serve my area?

Yes, we bring our printers to job sites across Florida, from our showroom at 333 17th Street in Vero Beach.
