This policy explains how wallPrint, a division of RokMor LLC (“wallPrint”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit wallprintco.com, contact us, book a consultation, or respond to our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, ZIP code or project location, and details about your project (such as type of space, wall size, timing, photos of your wall and artwork you upload) when you fill in a quote, Express, consultation, download or contact form.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: when you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares with us the information you entered in that form (for example name, email, phone, company, ZIP code and your answers to our questions). Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Bookings: the name, contact details and appointment time you choose when you book a consultation or site assessment.
- Automatic information: when you browse our site, we and our website host (Wix) receive basic technical information such as your device type, browser, the page you visited, how you found us (for example a search engine or social link) and an approximate location (city, state and ZIP code) derived from your IP address by an IP-location service. We use a small cookie so we don't count the same visit twice.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare mockups and quotes, schedule consultations and site visits, and deliver our services.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about the project you asked about.
- To keep business records such as estimates and invoices.
- To understand how our website and ads are performing and to improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security commitments: our website, forms and booking platform (Wix), our advertising platform (Meta), our email and calendar providers, our customer-relationship and accounting software, and our payment processors when you pay an invoice. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts, or ask us not to call.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.
Your choices
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
Our services are for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
